Baraboo Circus Heritage Outing
May 15-17, 2015

Permission Slips are out -- You can quick sign up at the May 12 Troop Meeting. Spend a fun weekend in Baraboo and enjoy the Baraboo Circus World Museum. This is a great first outing for the new scouts!

Troop 4’s Pinewood Derby
May 26, 2015

We ran all those Pinewood Derbies for Packs... Now it’s our turn to race! Bring in a car you’ve already made or purchase a car kit through the troop. We’ll race during the May 26 troop meeting.

St. John Neumann Festival
May 30-31, 2015

We’ll be running the flush tank at the St. John Neumann Festival again this year. Sign up for shifts will be out in May. This is service to our charter organization and we’d like to see as many scouts participate as possible.

Summer Camp 2015
July 5-11, 2014

Sign up now! Pricing goes up after the April 28 troop meeting. New Scouts that just crossed over, you can still get the Early Bird Price! Permission slips are out.

Merit Badges: Sign up as soon as possible to get the badges you want. Space in some badges is limited.

Summer Camp Trailer Pack
July 3, 2015

Packing the trailer for Summer Camp is going to happen on July 3 from 3-5 pm. Not sure what gear you’ll need? There’s a packing list on the troop website.

June Kayak & Canoe Outing
June 26-28, 2015

Kayak or Canoe on the Kickapoo River -- there will be an opportunity to kayak or canoe on Saturday and Sunday morning. We’ll be staying at Wildcat Mountain State Park. Scouts need to have passed the BSA swimmer test to kayak or canoe. If you weren’t at the March Outing, see Mr. Landquist about how to get the test taken.

Cost $50 / person ($60 after June 9). Permission slips are now available.

August RenFaire Outing
August 28-30, 2015

Mark your calendars... We’re going to the Bristol Renaissance Faire! Oh, and this weekend’s theme is Swashbucklers. (Yes, the dates did change from the calendar from November.) Watch as we get closer for permission slips and other information.

OA Spring Conference
May 15-17, 2015

Didn’t get a chance to complete your Ordeal last fall? You can do it this weekend. OA Members who want to give service to Camp Long Lake? This is the weekend to get the camp ready for the Summer Camp season. Sign up directly with the Council through the Council Website.

Leave No Trace - Trainer Course
May 30-31, 2015 @ Oh-Da-Ko-Ta in Burlington, WI

This 16-hour course is for adults and scouts over 14. Successfully complete the course and you’ll have your Leave No Trace Trainer certificate and be qualified to teach Leave No Trace skills and ethics to all levels of scouting. Sign Up and more information on the Council Website.

Cub Scout Day Camp Help Needed

Interested in helping out at a Cub Scout Day Camp this summer? The Council is looking for Boy Scouts to help run program areas and complete tasks. You can get service hours!

Parents... You can now have your own logon. If you have more than one scout in the troop, you can associate all your scouts with one user name! Email Liz with any questions.
