Webelos Jamoree
September 11-13, 2015

We’re running the Geocaching event this year. This is a great opportunity to show Webelos what Boy Scouting is like.

Highway Clean-Up
September 29, 2015

This will be the last clean-up for the year. If we get a lot of scouts to help, we’ll be done in an hour. Meet at ETC (in front) at 5 PM. (We’re starting earlier so we’re done before dusk.)

Swamp Fox Service Outing
October 9-11, 2015

We’re helping out at one of the Swamp Fox Weekends! We’ll stay in the OA cabin, eat in the dinning hall, and get to run events for the cub scouts. You’ll also earn service hours for the weekend. Permission slips are out.

Cost: $5 / person

October Webelos Day Outing & Planning Lock-In
October 29, 2015 & October 29-30, 2015

It’s almost here! The Webelos Day Outing will be October 29th (a no-school day for Waukesha Schools) followed by the Planning Lock-In.

The planning lock-in will decide what outings we’ll be going on in 2016! Have a suggestion for an outing? Put it in the box at the troop meetings. The box will be opened and the suggestions given to patrols/scouts to research at the beginning of October.

Permission Slips for the Webelos Day Outing & Planning Lock in are now available.

Creep-o-Ree
November 6-8, 2015

It’s the Night of the Walking Dead! Show your zombie faces at the 15th annual Creep-o-Ree. Activities all day Saturday including a dance and a special hands-on project.

Cost: $35 / person (before September 29 -- $5 late fee after September 29th)

Permission Slips are out... They are limiting to 300 people this year... Get your permission slip turned in early to guarantee your spot.

Troop Elections

Troop elections will be on September 22nd. You will elect your SPL, ASPL and Patrol Leaders that night. Also, think about what other positions you might like to hold as we’ll be asking for preferences on appointed positions.

Fall Fundraiser

We’re rapidly approaching the Fall Fundraiser.

Watch for more information and forms in September. We are working on setting up a show and sell at St. John Neumann before the masses one weekend in October.

Life to Eagle Workshop
September 19, 2015 -- AM & PM Sessions

Are you a Life Scout or their parent? This is an important session to learn the do’s and don’ts of obtaining the Eagle Rank. Session A: 9:30 - 11 am. Session B: 1:30 - 3 pm. Both are held at the Council Offices.

OA 100th Anniversary Celebration
October 24, 2015

The Wag-o-Shag lodge will be having a 100th anniversary celebration at Camp Long Lake on October 24, 2015. Mark your calendars and watch for more information.

Chaplain’s Aide Training
November 12, 2015

Learn what the Chaplain’s Aide’s primary responsibilities as well as receive resource materials. Training is held at the Council office, November 12 from 6 - 8:30 pm.

Den Chief Pizzazz
November 16, 2015

A hands-on supplement to the on-line Den Chief Training. You’ll receive the Den Chief handbook and lots of take-home ideas. You must complete the on-line training prior to the session.

Eagle Cave
December 12-13, 2015

The December outing is scheduled for Eagle Cave... Watch for more information at troop meetings.
