Sea Base Adventures

Both Troop 4 and Crew 4 are going to Sea Base in 2018!

There are still three (3) spaces for youth on the Troop’s SCUBA.

We’ve reserved another trip: St. Thomas! Mr. Thomas and Ms. Peschel are the crew leaders, see them if you’re interested. We need your sign-up and $100 deposit by May 19.

Summer Camp
June 25 - July 1, 2017

Medical Forms: Everyone MUST have a Part C (Doctor signed) medical form that is less than 12 months old for camp. Please, parents, when you have the doctor sign it, get them to put the date of their signature, not the last examination -- the camp must use whatever date is with the signature and it needs to be within the 12 months. Also, please WRITE the immunizations on Part B -- do not just include a separate sheet. This is for ease of treatment if anything happens as the camp knows to look at Part B.

There are still spaces open! The troop still has reservations for a few more scouts if you are interested in attending. Scouts that just crossed over: you can still get the $305 price if you sign up ASAP.

May Outing
May 12-14, 2017

We’re Canoeing on the Fox River! If you are attending, we need to know ASAP!

Cost: $40 / person -- Please let us know if you have a canoe or kayak you would like to use ($10 discount).

Swim Pre-Test
May 17, 2017

If you weren’t able to go to the March outing, May 17, 2017 at the YMCA at Pabst Farms at 7:30 pm will be a make-up swim test. Please see Mrs. Voigt for more information and to get on the list for testing.

July Outing
July 16 - 18, 2017

Please note that the July Outing to Governor Dodge State Park is scheduled for SUNDAY, July 16 to TUESDAY, July 18 due to the campground already being booked for all weekends this summer.

Parents, we will need leaders who can take a couple of days off work. Please look at your calendars and save the dates! We especially need someone who can pull the troop trailer!

Cost: $30 / person. Sign up by June 24.

Cobia Submarine
August 11-12, 2017

Cost: $60 / person ($48 if you had signed up for December and received a partial refund). Permission slips are due back by July 11, 2017.

Pack Light: You won’t need more on the sub than a Sleeping Bag & Pillow, water bottle and pajamas.

BRING A BAG DINNER for Friday night.
