Troop 4 Newsletter

The Troop had its first successful campout May 20-22 at the Baraboo Circus Heritage in Baraboo, Wisconsin. From Flag Ceremonies to dressing as a clown and seeing the Circus Museum fun was had all around. Check out some of the pictures from the weekend on the Troop website.

Any Packer’s fans out there?

The August Outing is a pilgrimage to Lambeau Field for the 2005 Packer Family Night.

Come see Lambeau Field. Watch the Packers scrimmage against the Buffalo Bills.

When: August 5, 6, & 7, 2005

Time: Arrive at ETC Friday, August 5 at 8 am

We will leave ETC at 8:30 am
We will return to ETC approximately 1 pm Sunday, August 7th.

Cost: $25 per person.

Reservations due June 2nd!!

Permission slips are available from Liz. You must have a Class 1 Medical Form on file with the Troop. See Liz if you aren’t sure you need one or for forms.

• If you (the scout) needs to leave Summer Camp early, you MUST fill out a form. Forms are available from Liz. Due back by June 14.
   
• Special Dietary Needs Request forms are available from Liz. Due back by June 14.
   
• There is information about Swim Tests available.
   
• The Long Lake Waters -- Camp Long Lake’s newsletter -- is available. Pick one up -- information about check-in is in the newsletter.

St. John Neumann’s Parish Festival is June 3, 4, & 5.

Since SJN is our Charter Organization, Troop 4 will be working at the Festival.

Troop 4 will be working the Inflatable Sports Quad and Inflatable Moon Walk Saturday June 4 from 12 - 3pm AND Sunday June 5 from 11:30 am - 1:45 pm. Sign up sheets are available.

Troop 4’s FIRST Court of Honor will be held July 5th. Parents are more than welcome to stay.

All Scouts MUST wear their full uniform to the Court of Honor. Badges and Advancements will not be presented to boys not in full uniform.

New Scouts - Project 1st Class. By the end of Summer Camp you will almost have all your requirements for 1st Class done! Sign up and join the fun at Camp Long Lake!
