Drop Offs
Anything that is due to the Troop can be dropped off at ETC to Liz or Dean's attention weekdays 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Committee Meeting
The next committee meeting is on March 11th at 12:30 pm at ETC.

The next Roundtable is March 7th at 7 pm at Butler Middle School.

Swimming Pre-Testing
Hey! We had eleven scouts at the Electronics Merit Badge Clinic and Swimming Pre-Test on February 10th. We even had a potential scout at the pre-testing! Woo hoo!

We'll be finishing up the merit badge at the February 13th meeting. If you can't make it, email Mr. Danner to arrange for your kit and what you need to finish the merit badge.

Pancake Festival
Troop 4 will be helping with the Waukesha Rotary Pancake Festival. This is an opportunity to get service hours. Come early and eat pancakes! Working scouts get all the pancakes they can eat! Sign up at the Troop Meeting.

Date: February 17th, 2007
Our work shift will be from 10:45 am to 2:30 pm

March Round Table
The leaders of Troop 4 are leading the Boy Scout Round Table in March. This means we also do the opening flag ceremony. We need scouts to perform the flag ceremony.

When & Where: March 7th at 7:00 pm at Bethesda Middle School. A sign-up is available at the Troop Meeting.

Long Lake Cabin Camp
Our Cabin Camp at Long Lake is at the end of March this year. We'll be in the Rotary Lodge.

Activities will include both INDOOR and OUTDOOR fun. Pack accordingly! Layers, extra shoes, extra socks -- who knows what March's weather's going to be like this year.

Wolverines who didn't attend summer camp last year and any new scouts -- if the weather permits, we'll be going on a five-mile hike. This is one of the requirements for Second Class.

Where: Camp Long Lake

When: March 23-25, 2007
          Arrive at ETC at 4 pm on March 23
          Leaving ETC at 4:30 pm
          Return to ETC around Noon on March 25.

Cost: $30 / person

Permission slips and money DUE March 13, 2007.

Scouting for Food - Bag Distribution
We'll be distributing Scouting for Food bags on March 17th! We have a LARGE area to cover this year (as we'll be distributing bags for Pack 163 also) so we need all the scouts we can get to help!

Meeting Set-Up
The Council is accepting outgrown uniforms in good, clean condition. Drop uniforms off during regular business hours. Remember to remove all patches except the flag, council patch & world crest. The Fox River District Dinner has been moved to March 31st. Adults who are interested in going, let Boni or Liz know. Remember, if you sign up to come early and help set up and then stay late to help clean up, you earn an hour of service to the troop and your name gets entered into a drawing for a prize at the next Court of Honor.
