Scouting for Food
March 24, 2012

We need ADULTS as DRIVERS for picking up the Scouting for Food bags. We’ll start at 9 am and work until around noon.

Whitewater Swimming Outing
March 24-25, 2012

After Scouting for Food, we’ll have our annual Whitewater Swimming Pre-Test Outing. All scouts should try to attend. If you cannot stay overnight, the pre-test will be Sunday at 12 pm at the Whitewater Aquatics Center and you can meet us there.

Cost: $20 / person ($7 for swimming only)
Time: Meet at ETC at 9 am for Scouting for Food will leave when finished. Returning to ETC, Sunday in the later afternoon.
Where: Cabin camping at Camp Indian Trails in Janesville and swimming Whitewater Aquatics Center

May Canoe Outing
May 18-20, 2012

Permission slips for the May outing will be coming out in March. Please watch carefully. The May outing will have some swimming restrictions.

Also, permissions slips will be DUE by April 24th or you will not be able to attend the outing.

Mammoth Cave
June 18-24, 2012

The Reservation & Deposit form is out. Please complete it and return it if you are planning on going on this trip. The deposit form is DUE April 30th.

Summer Camp
July 15-21, 2012

The Early Bird deadline is fast approaching. The price increases after MAY 8th for EVERYONE (including Webelos who just crossed over). Have your permission slip in and paid by May 8 troop meeting to get the Early Bird discount.

Troop Elections
March 27, 2012

Troop elections will be held on March 27. If you’re interested in a leadership position, be prepared to give a short talk about why you’d be good for that position on March 20th. Think of what appointed positions you might be interested in as you’ll have to put down your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices on March 27.

OA elections will also be held that night.

P22 Crossover
March 15, 2012

There’s one more crossover: Pack 22. There are four boys that have indicated they are crossing into Troop 4. We will need a few boys there to welcome them.

The crossover is at Summit View Elementary at 6:30 pm.

Adults Needed

We need adults willing to work with a scout to coordinate an outing. You do not have to attend the outing, but help the scout with things like making reservations. Outings Needing Adults: August (Adventure Rock), November (Creep-o-Ree), December (Roller Skating)
