Recharter
Due: November 27, 2012

Recharter packets are available for pickup at the November 12 troop meeting.

As part of recharter, we are collecting updated personal information (school, email, etc), 2013 Dues, 2013 OA Dues, updated Class A & B medical forms. New this year, with the medical forms: you need to WRITE the immunization information on the front page, make sure you mark Yes/No on the Health History, and sign on the front by the medication area. These come directly from summer camp.

Adult leaders, your youth protection training needs to be up-to-date; if it expires anytime before January 31, 2013 you will need to retake the training. The date I (and the Council) shows for your YP training is included in your packets.

Recharter packets are due back to the Troop on the November 27 meeting. Please turn them in promptly. Last year, Troop 4 was the first unit in the entire Onatah district to have their recharter packet turned in and 100% accepted.

Waukesha Christmas Parade
November 18, 2012

St. John Neumann has once again asked for Scouts to walk with their float in the Waukesha Christmas Parade and hand out candy to the kids on the parade route. This counts as service hours for those who need them!

Meet on White Rock Avenue near Frame Park at 3 pm on Sunday, November 18. The parade begins at 4 pm. The parade finishes at the Library on Maple Ave.

Sign up at the troop meeting.
